Do you have difficulty with mundane tasks such as paperwork? Do you tend to procrastinate? Do you start many new projects, but finish few? You may have Attention-Deficit Disorder (ADD).

Learn My Super-Simple, Super-Effective Strategies For Minimizing The Effects Of Adult ADD Or ADHD In Less Than 2 Hours!

That’s right, there’s no fluff in this book — it’s all dense, useful content that you can read at leisure in less than two hours, and it will show you how to circumvent the problems you get from having ADD/ADHD.

Don’t just believe what I say — experts recommend this book, including psychiatrists!

Dear Friend:

My name is Sidney, and, like you, I have ADHD. I am 42 years old and discovered that I had ADHD when I was 30. Of course I had known all my life that “something was wrong”, I just couldn’t put my finger on it — until I was diagnosed. Does that sound familiar?

In a sense, I felt relief that there was a name for what had been bugging me all my life. I’m sure you felt the same when you heard. And yet, at the same time, we felt a sort of despair that this seemed an irreversible situation, only to be “managed” by using medication every day for the rest of our lives.

Not that anybody understands. People who do not suffer from ADHD themselves have no idea what it’s like. Maybe, just like me, you’ve heard from people that you’re “just lazy”, or that you “really make no effort” to be on time, or to start working on something early so that you won’t have to rush right before the deadline. Maybe you’ve had comments from people who think you’re nothing but an “absent-minded professor” because you keep forgetting your promises, or where your keys are, or where you parked your car.

All of that happened to me, too, and more.

Here are some more examples of the things I had to go through:

  • Procrastinating ALL THE TIME, never getting anything done;
  • Never finishing anything. Always enthusiastic to start something new, then my interest faded, only to start something new again. And again… And again…;
  • Almost ALWAYS being late, no matter if it was a family gathering or an imporant appointment;
  • Having difficulty managing money, and moreover, spending lots of money impulsively;
  • Being a perfectionist at work, causing major unnecessary problems not just for myself but also for my friends and colleagues;
  • And so much more…
I was exhilerated that there were ways to deal with this. But did they all have to come in pill form??

Don’t get me wrong, medication is a necessary evil. Proper medication, adapted to your needs, is one of the best things you can do to suppress ADHD.

But we can do a lot more to fight off the ADHD demons. And many of the things we can do are surprisingly simple!

That’s right, medication is not all we have at our disposal.

Of course, like you, I got some “tips” from my doctor. Now, with all due respect, my doctor does not have ADHD himself.

I do respect psychiatrists deeply. They have spent years and years plowing through all kinds of reference materials to earn the degrees that they’ve got. But they cannot really give us practical advice on everyday issues because they don’t go through them themselves. They don’t really understand, beyond academically, what we ADHD-ers have to go through from the moment we wake up until we go to sleep — if we can get our racing minds to slow down, that is!

So, after I got those “useful” tips from my doctor, I decided that I would figure out by myself what I could do to cope with this disorder.

Over a period of ten years — that’s right, 10 long years –, I collected a valuable set of strategies and tactics to keep the ADHD monster at bay as much as possible. I learned things like:

  • How to find things quickly — not just my keys, but also important papers, pens, scissors and even my phone;
  • How to stop procrastinating and finally get things done;
  • How to be on time, and often even be early;
  • How to plan things and make some time for myself;
  • How to deal with money and track expenses, rather than come up short, wondering where it all went;
  • How to get enough sleep;
  • And much more!

Maybe you too made the decision to fight the ADHD monster with more than just medication. Well, I have good news.

You don’t have to go through the same 10-year strategy-finding nightmare that I went through!

This is because I wrote down my findings in an easy-to-read book. It uses clear language and is nicely organized, just the way we ADHD-ers like it. It’s not a 300-page tome with lots of repetition and lots of page-filling fluff, just designed to knock money out of your pocket. It’s an easy-to-follow guide and a handy reference chock-full of easy-to-learn and easy-to-apply tips for making your life easier.

Yes, many of the strategies and tactics in this book are deceptively simple. So simple that you can learn them and start applying them in a matter of minutes. Do you want to improve your life without much hassle? It’s not as hard as you thought!
